What is up with this outfit from Miley, she looks trashtastic!! I dont know where to start, the blue blue fringe boots ( i love the chestnut colour ones), the ripped to the max tights, the t-shirt pretending to be a dress...In the midst of hoping to redecorate my room, i simply have to have this!
